Research Sites:
Manombo Special Reserve

Research Project:
Community-based activities and biodiversity of the Manombo forest

Research Focus:
Monitoring the recovery of the black-and-white ruffed lemurs population after cyclone Gretelle hit badly the Manombo forest in January 1997. In addition, I also monitor the evolution of some plant invaders, which have become a threats to the regeneration of many endemic plant species.
